Standard Shipping — Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000. Delivery time: 3-5 business days. Tracking available. Insurance included.

Express shipping — Additional charges apply. Faster delivery (typically 1–2 business days where available), priority handling, and enhanced insurance coverage where applicable.

We work with trusted courier partners so your order reaches you safely. Partners may include BlueDart, Sequel, Delhivery, and others depending on your location.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or for custom orders.

Custom jewellery pieces may require additional processing time of 7-14 business days. We will notify you of the expected delivery date for custom orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
• SMS updates on delivery status

• Delivery notification

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

We make up to 3 delivery attempts at your specified address. If delivery is unsuccessful:

• Package will be held at the nearest delivery center
• You will be notified to collect the package
• Package will be returned to us after 7 days
• Return shipping charges may apply

Arvelli currently ships within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. We may expand our delivery network in the future.

Free Shipping — Orders above ₹2,000 qualify for free standard shipping.
