Lifetime Buyback & Exchange Policy

You may exchange any Arvelli jewellery at any point during the lifetime of the piece for another piece of equal or higher value.

• Exchanges are eligible against the current gold/diamond value of the original piece on the date of exchange.
• You will need to pay only the difference if the new piece is of higher value.
• Original invoice and the BIS-hallmarking / Arvelli certificate are required at the time of exchange.

If you wish to sell your Arvelli jewellery back to us, we offer a buyback against the current market rate of the metal and the certified value of the stones.

• Gold value is calculated on the prevailing Arvelli gold rate on the day of buyback (per gm × purity).
• Certified diamonds and gemstones are bought back at the original purchase value, subject to current grading.
• Making charges, GST, and any promotional discount availed at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

The Lifetime Buyback & Exchange Policy applies to all Arvelli jewellery purchases backed by a valid Arvelli invoice.

• Pieces must be in their original form — heavily altered, damaged, or third-party-repaired items may attract a valuation adjustment.
• Original packaging is appreciated but not mandatory; the original Arvelli certificate is required.
• Coins and bullion follow a separate 100% buyback policy detailed below.

Pure gold coins purchased from Arvelli are bought back at 100% of their current market value, calculated as: current Arvelli gold rate × certified weight.

• Original tamper-proof packaging and the certificate of authenticity must be intact.
• Coins with broken seals or visible damage are valued at the current scrap-gold rate.

• Step 1 — Email customercare@arvelli.in with your order number, the piece you wish to exchange or sell back, and a clear photograph.
• Step 2 — Our team will share a quoted valuation along with a secure pickup or in-store appointment.
• Step 3 — On verification at our facility, the agreed value is credited to your account or adjusted against your new purchase.

• All valuations are at the sole discretion of Arvelli, conducted by certified appraisers.
• Shipping charges for buyback shipments are borne by the customer unless arranged via Arvelli pickup.
• Arvelli reserves the right to update this policy; the version applicable will be the one published on the date your request is received.
